Hi, I’m Abbey.


I’m a leadership trainer, coach and speaker on a mission to help leaders build healthy workplaces where people feel connected—to each other and to their work.

In a past life, I grew deep corporate roots through many years in Fortune 50 Talent Development: designing and managing leadership development programs and talent pipeline strategies. I loved it, but chose to leave with a goal of helping organizations of all sizes equip and grow their leaders. And lucky for me, I love what I do today even more.
