I’m Abbey Louie.
Helping people feel connected and driving them toward something great has always been my passion. What started as rallying the neighborhood kids together at four years old continued to over fifteen years in formal leadership and team development, including more than a decade at The Boeing Company leading global talent development programs.
I believe that the strongest organizations are those in which employees feel connected to each other and to their work. So, I help leaders build that connection through uniquely designed training, coaching, workshops, and keynotes.
Along with my consulting work, I’m the founder of The Management Essentials, a training program for new managers, and an instructor at Boise State University, where I help undergraduate engineers grow in their leadership and communication skills.
I proudly call beautiful Boise, Idaho home where I soak up daily life with my always adventurous husband and two incredible daughters, one known for her tenderness and the other for her spunk.
