My nonjudgmental cup of coffee

When we find ourselves at odds with someone—whether a major conflict, minor disagreement, or simple frustration with something they did or said—our brains often make assumptions about them and their motivations. These assumptions can turn into judgments and inhibit us from engaging with them in a productive way.
