I’m a leadership trainer, coach and speaker on a mission to help leaders build healthy workplaces where people feel connected—to each other and to their work.
In a past life, I grew deep corporate roots through many years in Fortune 50 Talent Development: designing and managing leadership development programs and talent pipeline strategies.
