While training is an essential component of leadership development, nothing compares to the power of one-on-one coaching. Every interaction is tailored to you—your needs, goals, and unique situation. With a trusted coach in your corner, you will develop skills and strategies to overcome challenges and grow in your leadership.

 
 

THE PROCESS

  • Finding the right fit in a coach is critical to your success. In addition to reviewing a comprehensive overview of my leadership coaching programs, we’ll meet for a discovery call to:

    • get to know one another,

    • explore what you’d like to achieve through coaching,

    • and discuss my coaching style and process.

    I want you to feel confident in your decision to partner with me, and if I’m not the right fit, I’m happy to connect you with other coaches.

  • Before establishing specific coaching goals, we’ll build stronger awareness of your strengths, potential blind spots, and growth opportunities through:

    • A standardized assessment

    • A 360 review (optional)

  • I’ll guide you through a debrief to interpret your assessment results and 360 feedback. We’ll use insights gained to define specific development goals.

  • Meet regularly for 1:1 coaching sessions to support you in pursuing your development goals. You can select between the following options:

    • One-Month Focused Sprint

    • Three-Month Intensive

    • Six-Month Transformation

    I want my coaching clients to feel fully supported—you’ll have priority access to contact me in between sessions for emergent needs and questions.

  • Optional: we’ll hold a final debrief meeting with your manager to celebrate growth, discuss the progress you made on your development goals, and identify key next steps to sustain ongoing development.
