Not your typical New Year’s resolution

Most New Year's resolutions are about pursuing something new, but the most effective one I've ever made was quite the opposite—it was all about stripping something away (find out what it was in this old January 2020 blog post: abbeylouie.com/decide-to-decide).

Sometimes the most significant growth comes from simplification—saying “no” to something so that we can say “yes” to something more important.

I share what I've learned from that experience in this week's video and offer a quick tip that should resonate with both resolution lovers and haters alike. Cheers to 2023!
