My Favorite Feedback Principle

Giving constructive feedback is challenging for most of us. So instead of giving it, we often avoid the conversation and hope the issue will resolve itself. Unfortunately, this typically creates a bigger issue in the long-run.

This Two-Minute Tip offers an alternative approach that makes it both easier to deliver the feedback, and easier for the other party to receive it. It's my favorite feedback principle—one that gives me a nudge when I need it most.
